Refund Policy

Due to the nature of my services, all sales are final, and refunds are not typically provided. However, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Branding & Graphic Design Services: Once work has begun, refunds are not available. If a project is canceled before work starts, a partial refund may be considered.

​Social Media Strategy & Consulting: Payments are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be possible if needed.
